Hope Program

The Missouri Housing Development Corporation (MHDC) is still offering real estate incentives. When a buyer closes on a personal residence prior to August 30th, MHDC will pay 1 yrs. real estate taxes and pay a percentage of the purchase of energy star appliances. There are some income limits.
