Home Buyer Tax Credit

Got word that the U.S. Senate passed a bill extending the closing date deadline for the home buyer tax credit from 6/30/10 to 9/30/10. This applies to already pending residential property closings that were under contract prior to 5/1/10. Next the bill goes to the House for deliberation and a vote.
